Registers for the current speed for calculating frequency bands 01 to 32 if they have been configured as speed-dependent.
The current speed must be specified in 1/100 Hz. In Function model 0 - Standard, Automation Runtime handles this.
If the 4 different speed data points are not sufficient, e.g. for several different gear ratios, the speed ratio can also be included when calculating the standardized damage frequency for the frequency band (FrequencyBandDmgFreq60rpm、register).
实际速度寄存器，用于频带01至32的计算，如果其被配置为与速度相关。
如果 4 个不同的速度数据点不够，例如对于几个不同的齿轮比，在计算频带的标准损坏频率时也可以包括速比（FrequencyBandDmgFreq60rpm、寄存器).
实际速度必须以 1/100 Hz 为单位进行指定，在Function model 0 - Standard 模式下，Automation Runtime 会对此进行处理。
