This register specifies how many measurements were collected the last time the minimum and maximum were determined. It is only updated when an edge occurs for MinMaxUpdate01. If the MinMaxUpdate01 bit is not toggled after 65535 measurements, then the counter is limited to 65535. However, the minimum and maximum formation continues. All acyclic minimum and maximum values are only valid if MinMaxCounter is not equal to 0.
