Minimum value of the CrestFactorRaw characteristic value of the respective channel in 1/1000.

Since this register value is divided by the RMS value in the module (RmsRaw), there may be an overflow if the RMS value is very small. To prevent this, the module has an internal lower limit of 1 mg for the RMS value.

各个通道的 CrestFactorRaw 特征值的最小值，单位是1/1000。
